RE-ENROLLMENT 2020-2021
If you would like to hold your student’s spot for next year, please fill out and submit this form by Friday, April 10, 2020. After this date, we will assume your student is not returning and you are relinquishing their spot to a new student.
If you would like an adjustment to the amount of tuition that you pay, please resubmit your financials to the School and Student Services and schedule a time to speak with Dr. Gates. Instructions will be available on the next page, after you submit this form.
